At present I am at home caring for my family, enjoying my own practice and doing some of those little jobs we never get around to, resting and planting seeds, cooking and drawing and painting.
Once it is safe to do so I shall be very glad to resume teaching my two regular weekly classes:

Suitable for all, and especially for those who feel that they are not bendy enough or relaxed enough to practise yoga, these positive, friendly classes places emphasis on developing evenness of mind, fullness of breath and ease within the body. Incorporating posture, breathing, meditation, philosophy, visualisation and sound, and tailored to those in attendance, the time of day and the season, these classes will help you to improve your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and to cultivate the skills you need to navigate the ups and downs of life.
While any given class or workshop may contain some challenging postures, students are always given alternative options so that they can practice safely and wisely. You do not need to be able to do headstand, shoulderstand, handstand or advanced back bends to attend a class!
Both classes are currently run as ‘drop-in’ so no booking is necessary, but if I don’t know you’re coming I can’t let you know if it’s cancelled for any reason, so please do contact me. I’m always very happy to answer questions or give further information.
